Actually, the protagonist is not that unattractive. She’s just ordinary. For the appearance alone, she comes close to a beauty, so maybe she’s staying above average, so to speak. But how can she compete against the director’s daughter who graduated a top tier university and has an actress-like look? She frustrates. And she receives the name card, by the night when she’s dead drunk. She remembers the name card, which is Romantico’s with a catch phrase of ‘Ciderella’s wizard’, and visits the website.

How can one make a commoner to Cinderella? Pretty clothes, catchy hairstyle, great shape, and a face touched a little with the power of the medical science. But the author speaks for the thing everyone forgets at this moment. You don’t need those things. Because the only thing Cinderella needs is a prince, and that’s all. So, the website kindly says:

“To you whose heart is troubled, we’ll lend you a prince on a white horse. Please leave your story to us.”

Romantico was a man-rental website, it seems. And the message looks like a prank. But since she’s angry with her douche ex-boyfriend, she leaves a story at the website without any thought or expectation. And the night falls. Entirely forgetting the Romantico, while she’s enjoying eating and drinking a table of chimac full of fury, a prince is delivered…

Soo-yeon thought she got an unexpected jackpot to rent a prince for such a cheap price per month with Romantico’s grand opening promotion. But something suspicious is happening under water. I thought it’s a Romance targeting to be a nonsensical fantasy of women, but it wasn’t. What’s happening, and why they do certain things to her that far? The webtoon made me curious and expect the next episode. I feel like if it is made a TV show, a whole new Romantic Comedy show will be made.

This webtoon reminded me of a TV show <I Need Romance>. It was an iconic cable TV show, continued for seasons and being acclaimed by women. It even earned a shortened name, ‘ropil’. The reason why the women viewers acclaimed it for was, it wholly presented the realistic emotions we feel in our love relationships. Reading this webtoon made me recall the emotions of that time. The probable stories of women in 20s nearby us. On top of them, it adds a bit twisted story of Cinderella to it.

A TV show I don’t remember the name once said love is the only fantasy grown-ups are allowed to dream of. Those fell in love live in their own fantasy. If the fantasy ends, they get up and look for another love. So, how about diving into this sweet Fantasy Romance for a moment?
