A person with a superpower is usually described that he or she is omnipotent to do everything to a human being or anything. However, webtoon ‘Arma’ by the artist ‘Sgt.’, there is a superhuman who can’t hurt a human being. 

Main character Jin Lee is a male student and a victim of bullies. It is his routine that bullies start an argument with him and torment him hard. They tease him, because he watches a childish movie about a clash between superhumans and normal beings. He is also beaten that he just seems to stare bullies in their faces. He suddenly stands up and stretches out his hand while he is being beaten hard, but nothing happens. Bullies beat Jin more and leave. 

On his way home, he sees gangsters harassing a street vendor and stretches his hand again, but still nothing happens. He also finds out a child attacked by a swarm of wasps. It seems that the child disturbed a wasp hive on a tree. It is a dangerous situation and he stretches out his hand again. At that instant moment, a swarm of wasps just explode. Jin has a superpower to explode something, but that does not work on humans. 

When he was the fifth grade in an elementary school, his classmate brought a goldfish and planned to keep it. Whenever he’s around, animals hate him and run away, so classmates wanted to keep him from the goldfish. Jin pretended to be not interested in the goldfish, but he really wanted to see it and saw it after school. Goldfish seemed weird when it noticed him. When he had an urge to kill this goldfish, the goldfish just exploded and died. From that moment, he realized he has a superpower. After saving a child from wasps, he sits on a bench. 

One girl comes to him and say that he needs to run because he shows his superpower in front of other people. Some strangers are coming to him and he tries to run away. However, he gets caught a short time later. He imagines that he becomes an experimental subject in a lab, but they take him to a skyscraper in downtown. Director Hwang welcomes him and explains him that this facility is for protecting and guiding superhumans like Jin. Hwang says he will not perform a human experiment on him, but he needs to test his ability and say him to use his power on a dog. 

Introduction of this webtoon is ‘Salvation of Mankind’, so it is curious what Jin will do for mankind. And, who is that girl said him to run away? Neat and skilled draw style of the artist makes it more comfortable and natural to read this webtoon. Shocking incidents happening in this webtoon, make readers to worry about him, but make them thrilled and eagerly look forward to a next story. Well-structured superpower webtoon, I strongly recommend it.
