The LINE Webtoon, Lessa. I have read the webtoon for a very long time. When I first encountered it, I was fascinated by the beautiful and fine drawing style, and now I am captivated by the grand story to keep reading it with love. The majestic and grandiose story, coupled with the unique but truly beautiful drawings, are the basis for readers supporting Lessa. Let's look into the gorgeous work together.

There is a race called Deman in the world. In the beginning, they were human beings but became Demans for some reason. Even though they used to be humans themselves, they now prey on humans to live. Horns are grown on their faces, and they get overwhelming physical abilities beyond human beings. Demans typically cannibalize people.

The emergence of Demans has put the world of humans in devastation. Most humans fear Demans who have monstrous abilities and don't even think of fighting them. Then, one of the main characters of the webtoon, Raynold appears. Even though he is an ordinary human, Raynold goes hunting for Demans every night. Although he doesn't have any special abilities, he is known for his natural fighting sense and tenacity, being called as Deman Hunter. There is only one reason why he hunts Demans. It is to find his sister. In the past, her sister disappeared due to some circumstances. To find her whereabouts, he now hunts and kills demans to investigate about his sister. His actions come from the belief that his sister would be still alive without thinking that she might be dead.

As he was hunting Demans day after day, Raynold meets a mysterious man. The man's name was 'Lessa' which is also the title of the webtoon. He is the other protagonist. As he gets involved with him, Raynald then goes on an adventure to find his sister. The identity of Lessa, in fact, is not an ordinary human, nor Deman. Rather, he is close to the creator of Demans.In simple terms, the readers can think of him as a transcendent being, or god perhaps. Lessa and Raynold embark on the journey with the same goal in their minds. Actually, the man called 'Ares' who is the chief of Demans was raised under Lessa's hands when he was young. In a word, he was very much like a son or disciple of Lessa, who is now blaming himself by thinking that Ares became the way he is because of him. That's why he decides to help Raynold, to fix the problem that he created.

The first season concludes with Reynold and Lessa ultimately defeating Ares. But the real story begins with season two. The foreshadows that were gradually planted in season one are retrieved in season two, and the steadily expanding world expands indefinitely, resulting in a formidable butterfly effect. As if reading a myth, countless philosophical questions are asked, and those questions are also posed to the readers. The readers would then ponder to find the answer to such questions and get absorbed in the webtoon during the process. The questions ask about God's existence, human sufferings, the line between good and evil, and the standards of right and wrong and etc.. It is also very interesting to see the characters based on the artist's unique interpretation of myths. For example, Ra who comes out in Egyptian mythology is the Creator God who founded the world in the webtoon. 

He appears in the form of a very good-looking man and despite that he is the creator who made the world, he is not perfect. The webtoon shows that he also has to keep the laws that he has established bounded by the principle of causality which was likewise set by himself. In other words, the webtoon demonstrates that even God is not flawless. Moreover, there are also existences called Angels who follow him, all wearing white wigs. They seem to be an item that only Angels can wear. (Reynolds calls them lids.) It is indeed ironic that the Creator God of the highest class got his name from 'Ra' of Egyptian mythology, but the names of the Angels under him were derived from the Archangels from the Bible. Gabriel, Michael, Raphael and so on. Based on the myths interpreted in his own color, the artist has undeniably constructed a profound and beautiful world. Furthermore, he hardly stops at creating the brand new world as he also expresses very clear messages. The messages that the artist wants to convey are sharply presented in every episode.

The readers can find themselves focusing on each episode as they read the webtoon, feel thrills and get goosebumps that go beyond just being simply impressed.

This is the Creator God, 'Ra'... He is indeed the Sun God and the final boss who established the world. However, as mentioned above, it seems that he cannot do everything at his own will.
