One works as a banker at ‘Blood Bank’, which sells human blood to vampires. He is the main character of this webtoon.

He has a unique trait of being unaffected by the pheromones. Also, he’s the one scoring the best performance among the bankers.

Blood lord Pain Overlord’s youngest son, Shell Overlord. He is going to inherit central region and is sent to the bank to inspect.

Shell, who have been staring One during their formalities, follows him inside the restroom and says…

“Um, could you… uh… s-step on… my legs…?”

Actually, Shell is a vampire with an abnormal personality to be dominated by a human, whom they rule. As he become aware of that One is unaffected by pheromones, he wants to be dominated by One. When 50 liters of blood is disappeared and One was to be fired for the incident, he finds the real perpetrator and even gifts One a motorbike which was on One’s wishlist. Eventually, One happens to sometimes visit Shell’s mansion to participate the SM play Shell wants to play, in his private playroom.

So far, it may seem to be a SM BL Fantasy webtoon, where a human is top and a vampire is bottom…

The story turns to another phase, once One’s blue pupil is revealed behind his lens.

Like a mysterious vampire wearing a mask, who orders Nine to bring the blood, the past of One and his ‘father’, the past of Shell and ‘Art’ who brought him a change, a mysterious curator ‘Jack the Ripper’ and Art of House Bones, it foreshadows a lot as it enters the Part 2.

The relationship between One and Shell also advances. Despite a slow development, I recommend you to read it with consideration of the foreshadows, and not to have a prejudice to think it as a simple BL webtoon.
