These days, a way of thinking gets flexible and changed. A hero is not always righteous and also a demon is not always a villain. Prejudice is also broken which a villain is always bad and evil. 

There are many villains with their special stories to tell and many people go crazy for a charming villain. Let me introduce one of the works that have broken the prejudices against a hero and a demon. I thought that this webtoon is literally a 4-cut cartoon when I heard about the title ‘4 Cut Hero’. 

But, it was not that way. It is a normal webtoon with many cuts and many episodes combine to one big story. As mentioned above, the story breaks the prejudice that a hero is sacred, or a demon is horrible. First, a point is that the main character hero is unlike a hero. Usually, a hero is righteous and strong, so they beat bad guys down. And for a reward, a hero gets a so-called princess. 

However, the Hero from ‘4 Cut Hero’ wants to save a princess for his retirement plan. Unfortunately, his plan is torn apart. A captured person is beautiful, but there is the prince, not a princess. The Hero is embarrassed and deny his compensation and leave. His retirement plan is torn apart and he needs to struggle for his real life. However, he is too good to get a job and he becomes the otaku unemployed. 

If this was an end of the story, the ending would be simple. A future of the Hero who is an otaku and jobless becomes opaquer. One of the mysterious factors is the princess who he tried to save. He pretended that he was weak and feminine. In fact, he has inherited the overwhelming power of the Black Dragon and he is looking for something mysterious. 

Zena Stoll is one of the four demon generals who ran away after the Demon King defeated. She also affects the future of the Hero and breaks the prejudice. She hates the Hero who slain the Demon King and wants to revenge him. However, she needs to make a living, so she works at a maid café. While working, she meets the Hero, otaku and jobless, but her job and living are first, so she just works and does nothing else. More embarrassing, the Hero doesn’t recognize her, who is one of the four generals and has fun with her.
