The dream company seems to have two meanings. The first is a dream company that everyone wants to go because the conditions and welfare that the company gives to its employees are so good. And this company weirdly pays a lot of money, but employees don't work, its work is just kept sleeping. It also has the condition that contact with the outside is prohibited.
So the protagonist and people around him who got accepted to the company keep sleeping and dreaming. That is, it can literally be interpreted as a 'dream' enterprise.
Beginning in the second episode, there are people who study lucid dreams, and the main character will also participate in the lucid dream study. However, a male character who masters lucid dreams will be unable to control the dream in his own way because, unlike usual, a black object appears in the dream. The protagonist, on the other hand, sees the dark shadowy object in his dream,
and as he shines, he meets the naked woman. Among the participants in the lucid dream, the protagonist is the only one who can be seen as a complete person, not a black object. The female character introduces herself as "Lisa" and asks the main character to help.
The mysterious 'Lisa' and the main character can only meet in dreams, a webtoon that is expected to be what the relationship will be and how it will be developed in the future. And I wonder exactly what kind of company it is that makes employees sleep and uses their living energy.
