Have you ever heard of Omega-verse? It is a theme that is applied regularly in the BL genre.

We introduce [Love is an Illusion!] by the artist Fargo who also drew 'If You Hate Me So' on Lezhin Comics. It is a BL webtoon that certainly depicts Omega-verse. 

 

We'll burrow a brief explanation that comes out in the first episode of Love is an Illusion! .Omega-verse is a world where men can also conceive. However, Do-Jin hates Omegas and their smell.

 

Hye-Sung was actually working at the party, but it was his real purpose is to open up a new chapter in his life by hitting on a rich Omega. Hye-Sung attempts to spray Alpha pheromone perfume on him as his innate pheromones are weak. At that moment, he encounters Do-Jin who also enters the bathroom and reacts to the Alpha pheromone of Do-Jin. Do-Jin hands back the perfume that Hye-Sung has dropped.

 

Though the party's host could not recognize, Do-Jin knew that the Hye-Sung was definitely an Omega. Hye-Sung hits his first Heat Cycle on the spot but denies that he is an Omega and returns to the party. Hye-Sung fails to act properly due to the Heat Cycle, and Do-Jin realizes that the reason for Hye-Sung's first heat cycle is him. Eventually, Do-Jin takes Hye-Sung to his house.

 

To Hye-Sung who insists that he is an Alpha even when he is going through a Heat Cycle and releasing Omega pheromones, Do-Jin points out all the pieces of evidence that he is indeed an Omega. Hye-Sung who gets agitated seduces Do-Jin in contradiction to his intention ...

 It is very much interesting to guess what will happen to the relationship between the two characters of Do-Jin, the Alpha who hates Omegas, and Hye-Sung, the Omega who wants to become an Alpha. Aren't you curious why Hye-Sung wouldn't just accept that he is an Omega, and keep insisting that he is an Alpha instead?
