Pursuing private interests rather than justice, the character puts money first and doesn’t suit the usual main character. I’ve never seen this type of character as a hero character. He’s considered to be an unprecedented novelty or, on the contrary, he may reflect the present society. But this discussion may begin when the character is well blended into the work. The reality of actions based on the brief reflection isn’t very pleasant, especially if it's what the main character presents.

 

Lifting a truck like a feather, ‘Naga’ has teleportation and also a teleportation ability. He receives a scouting offer from the Heroes Association. At first, he refuses the offer, saying that saving the world is bothersome, but the Heroes Association explains that it will help his career and they will give huge credit for the volunteer time. Then, Naga's easy-going life gradually changes as a villain group targets Naga who has enormous powers.

 

Knife, the villain and Spoon from the Heroes Association set up a confrontation on the scale of a battle. Under the setting, they’re two organizations that represent nations or the world, however, their fight is as tiny as a fight placed on the top of the snail’s tentacles. The numbers of members of the most vicious villain organization are two digits. While the subordinates don’t look competent, the organization tries to keep it balanced only up to the incapacity of the Heroes Association. All that top brass of the Heroes Organization do is to benefit villains so Baek Morae (meaning White Sand) won’t be able to escape more than a couple of times. When the third episode is published, the work lost its strength and readers lost motivation to read through.

 

deals with social issues. In one episode, the ugly-looking prisoner tribe appears,  speaking out how hard life has been and trying to criticize the modern society of lookism. I mean, he’s only trying. The webtoon quietly stops reflection. The webtoon knows how heavy and sensitive this content and the scene are, however it just throws out a question, ‘It might be bad?’ and asks us again, “Is Naga so cool?”

 

Of course, content with a heavy topic tires readers. But, if it’s too light, it may become air-brained. Including race discrimination and murderer villains, only shouts that the character is beautiful, awesome. That’s why it is light. Although the webtoon has positive points such as a greatly-made worldview and charming characters, it isn’t immersed deeply inside, but just grazes the surface and goes away. Shame is a proper word to express this feeling. It's a shame because it shows its infinite potential to the whole world, but it doesn’t show a result. However, the reason to root for might also be the same; a shame feeling. Wouldn't the webtoon present a decent moment to us at least once? It might be why I’ve become a fan looking forward to the webtoon every week with vague expectations and support.
