Most of the times I only read romantic types or genres between a male and female lead with different kinds of affairs politically, ones that have complicated pasts between them, and how they will fight till the end to pursue their love for each other and so on. I seldomly bother and look at those comics that I feel like I won’t like or end up not finishing the story. Not until the day that made me curious about this comic. To be honest, I was not really expecting that much out of the novel because it is not what I usually read. Like I said, it is way too different than my usual go to genre. To my surprise, it was very interesting that it made me dumbfounded at how the story is being relayed to me as a reader who was not expecting a bit in the novel. So surprised that I end up wanting and hoping that it will update every day because of the cliffhanger it gives to us readers, aka, me specifically.

Ariadna, who is the daughter of the emperor and was previously murdered in her past life before reincarnating into the princess of Agrigent Empire. I like how she is very aware of her surroundinggs even if she was still a baby and as a child, she can also be witty in different kinds of situation she was in. The thought behind her character was greatly achieved for me because she has this unique twist in her role in the story. I like how she has her own flare to the plot and how her character developed to be more active and stronger as the story continues to progress. I am looking forward to how many evolvements or what phases will she be showcasing in the story with her father in the future chapters.

Caitel, the tyrant emperor who was feared by a lot of people and was considered as ruthless in the battlefield and inside the kingdom. His reputation is considered strong because of countless rumors and witnesses about his tyranny. Although he is a bit tough on the outside, he then became softer when it comes to her daughter. I loved how in the story it showed how slowly Caitel began to change about his perception of feelings. New feelings that he felt differently while raising a child and how he can be possessive towards her daughter’s affection which I loved about his character. I wish for his character to be fully different and be showy and to not be afraid of letting his emotions flow. After everything he has gone through in the recent chapters, his character really deserves much more care so I look forward o that.

Again, this is a story that tackles not only about a father and daughter relationship but also revolves around each other character’s different lives outside the original plot which I really appreciate because if it would be just between the father and daughter, I think it would be pretty much dull to read. I like how they considered other factors around the characters which makes it have an impact and say more in the story. It is one of the best I have ever read considering it is a different take on my side and the only thing that I wish for is the updates to be as much as possible. I cannot wait how the novel will progress more and what the other characters will reveal especially that character that pops out suddenly in the story still is mysterious for me. I want to know more about him and what progress will the relationship between Caitel and Ariadna with each other despite of the conflict they recently encountered. Overall, everything is beautifully laid out from the plot, to the characters, the creativeness of the story and how it is not rushed in anyway and how the creators take time to leave everything explained detailed from the very beginning.
