SUMMARY:

Kate is a maid at the Baron's estate in Muiella, a country where warlocks and witches are shunned. One day, the new servant Ian arrives- but he's much too proper and handsome for his lowly rank. As they keep running into each other, Kate's suspicion of Ian's disarming demeanor only grows when strange incidents crop up in the manor. Sleuthing for the truth, the wellbeing of the estate and its residents may be at stake! Where's a good detective when you need one?!

If I could describe what this story made me feel in general it would be surprised. Surprised in a way how this story is amazingly created with beautiful characters and how its plot has different kinds of twists and turn outs. And definitely on how an information or a lead will pop out of nowhere about the story and each of the characters that makes you really hook in the situation. At first I thought I could read into the story like how it usually is in general but little by little as I immerse myself into the story, there were instances when I thought I knew what was going to happened and what I should expect but suddenly turning to fall into false judgement and making me question on ‘what did I miss and how did it turn out this way?’ This is another comic that really got my attention and definitely worth the read.

Kate, who was the lead female in the story has a little to unknown fragments of background that spends her life in contentment and how she is used to the usual the things around her. Her character is like a flower that is yet to bloom because of how her story and identity is starting to unfold little by little as the story progress. I like how her character is full of mystery and curiosity at the same time. Her perception of life was simple and then later turned upside down when she learned about her true back story. For me, her character formulation is really good as it is because everything matches up greatly with her background, personality, appearance and how her role is in the story which is a great thumbs up for me.

Ian, who was a renowned detective served as an undercover worker in a household where Kate was working. He kept his status to himself and remained a distance to others while carefully doing his Task as a detective. HIs personality is a bit dense which makes that his unique charm in the story and can be considered as a total opposite of the female lead. Although dense and very reserved, he still manages to pursue Kate without even trying which is amazingly shocking to me as a reader. I wish for his character to be more open especially with Kate and in the future episodes of the story because he has a rich and great character that contributes and makes this comic really good.

This story revolves around a problem and a mystery about a bad witch who was spreading unfortunate events on the reputation of the great and good witches. As I said earlier, it has a lot of twist and turns in the story which makes it so good to read for me as it triggers and stir up my interest in wanting to instantly know what the rest of the story. Unfortunately for us readers who looks forward to more episodes, it is still ongoing and it still manages to make me sad because of how slowly it updates but it’s fine as long as they continue to dish out more beautiful chapters with more mysteries that can pique the reader's attention. Visually in general was beautiful and story progression is not too fast and not too slow and I love how it tackles everything in details which makes you catch up on how the story is going. I wish for more of the story to flourish and unfold different kinds of mystery and phases of the characters and I am very curious as to how it will be on the long run as it updates. If there is one story that this reminds me of it is the comic “Light and Shadow”, although the plot is really different and far from each other, it really gives me the vibe of that comics so much. This story is definitely one of the stories that I will recommend to other readers who wants a to be taken into a fresh perspective of fantasy themed genre and I will certainly read this over and over until it updates more chapters and even if the story ends, still will I read it.
