On March 2016, ‘Unknown Code’ written by Carnby and drawn by Hoopa was first introduced on Lezhin Comics with much expectations.

Before starting the review on Unknown Code, let’s take a look at other webtoons by Carnby and Hoopa

 These webtoons are all ongoing webtoons, and I think they all have different genres and unique colors. Surprisingly, the ‘Unknown Code’ basically is the mix of all genres of the webtoons above.  

 Furthermore, every different eight episodes that are out now show colors of different genres. As different themes and subjects pouring every episode, they are all tied together with the fresh concept called ‘Unknown Code’ and other thrilling scenes.

 

 Not only the genre is varying, but the webtoon is full of all the popular items that readers like such as zombies, virtual reality, action, aliens, etc. This could make the webtoon kind of distracting and messy like a hotchpotch, but the webtoon is progressing pretty well keeping its initial focus, which makes the webtoon more like a well-cooked bowl of vegetable soup.

 

 If it’s a dish cooked by well-known chefs with all the delicious ingredients added, it will attract people’s attentions for sure. It’s hard to judge the webtoon that’s just out now yet, but that this webtoon provides the new type of entertainment that’s not found in other previous webtoon is for sure. 

 

 The new webtoon ‘Unknown Code’ is about the protagonist who used to be an ordinary guy meets with different cases related to the mysterious code, ‘Unknown Code’. I can’t discuss any of the other parts of the story since it would be a spoiler, so experience this breathtaking ride on your own.
